The Platform is owned by Green Rider Technology LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 bearing LLPIN AAS-5426 and having its registered office at house number 14, sector 48, Faridabad, Haryana, India, 121005 ("Green Rider”). We are an  AI-enabled educational platform providing interactive training in prompt engineering and other courses (“Services”) under the name and style of “Student GPT” ( “Us” or “We” or “Our” or “Company”). 

We are concerned about the privacy of the users accessing, users registering on Our Platform(s), and users registering for our Services via any third-party service provider (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”). 

Please read this privacy policy (“Policy”) before using the Platform(s) or submitting any personal information. Your privacy is important to us. We value the trust placed in us by the Users and are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of the Users in relation to the use of its Platform(s). This Policy together with the Terms of Use describes how the Company collects, uses, processes and discloses the information provided by the Users of the Platforms. Every User who accesses or uses the Platform(s) and/or the Services shall be bound by this Policy. 

By mere access or use of the Platform(s) and/or by registering to use Our Services, the User expressly consents to Our use and disclosure of the User’s personal information in accordance with this Policy and the Terms of Use. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to Our Terms of Use. If the User does not agree to the processing of their personal data as described in this Policy, the Company kindly requests the User that they refrain from using the Services or accessing the Platform and any ancillary services provided therein. However, if a User revokes any mandatory permissions, then You may not have access to Our Platform(s). AMENDMENTS:

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Policy (“Changes”). You are requested to check this Policy periodically for Changes as Your use of the Platform(s) is subject to the most current version of this Policy and Your continued use of the Platform(s) following such changes, will mean that You accept and agree to the Changes, except where explicit consent is required by law, then the update shall be notified by a pop-up notification. The User is advised to carefully read such notices and provide their consent. By mere access or use of the Platform(s) and/or Services, You expressly consent to Our Policy. This  Policy is to be read concurrently with Our Terms of Use.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:

“Personal Information” shall mean such information disclosed by or obtained from any User of the Platform(s) capable of identifying a person and any other information about the User that You willingly submit to the Platform(s). Personal Information includes the following: Your first name, last name, username, title, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone numbers, Your username and password, college/university, college referral code, course, graduation year, exercise inputs, quiz choices, information about how You use Our Platform(s), and services related to it. 

“Content” shall mean such information provided by You in the input to our Services, including but not limited to Your prompts, images, and audio⁠, and any other content You upload on our Platform depending on the features You use.

“Financial Information” shall mean such information disclosed by or obtained from any User of the Platform(s) who uses any paid Services offered by the Platform(s). We do not store any Financial Information on our servers. 

When You access or use the Platforms and/or Services, We collect and store your Personal Information and Content which is provided by You from time to time during the course of Your use or access of the Platforms. Once You give Us Your Personal Information, You are not anonymous to Us. Your Personal Information and the Content may be stored on our computer records system and/or in printed records. We will notify You or will make an endeavor to ensure You know that Your Personal Information and Content has been collected. We will make an endeavour to inform You of the purpose of collection and provide You with details about any corrections, modifications and complaints regarding the Personal Information provided by You. If You do not wish to share the required information with Us, We might not be able to provide You with the service You have asked for, or give you the level of service expected by You.

You always have the option to not provide Your Personal Information and Content by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Platform(s). By using the Platform(s), You hereby consent to the collection, storage, and use of Your Personal Information and Content by Us in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. You have the right to withdraw Your consent by submitting a written notice to Our designated data protection officer. Upon receipt of such notice, We shall cease to process Your Personal Information and Content, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require otherwise. We collect Personal Information about You through a variety of different methods including direct interactions, filling in forms on Our Platform(s) (or otherwise) or communicating with Us by post, phone, email or otherwise, including when You create an account on Our Platform(s); subscribe to Our service; participate in a promotion or survey; or give Us feedback. Unless required or authorized by law, We will not collect or use PII from Your use of Our Services and Platform(s) for any purpose other than those identified in this Policy without obtaining further consent. 

AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES OR INTERACTIONS: 

As You use Our Platform(s) and Services, We may automatically collect information about Your equipment, browsing actions and usage patterns. We collect this information by using cookies, server logs and similar technologies. These encrypted statistics do not identify You personally but provide Us the information regarding Your visit to the Platform(s) and the type of user who is accessing Our Platform(s) and certain browsing activities by You. This data may include (but shall not be limited to) the IP address of Your server from where the Platform(s) is being accessed, the type of, the operating system of Your device, the pages You last visited before visiting Our Platform(s), the duration of Your stay on Our Platform(s). These data(s) are used by Us to understand the use and number of users visiting the Platform(s). This aggregated Information does not reveal Your identity and as such in itself is not Personal Information. An example of this is when we review Your usage data to work out the percentage of website users using a specific feature of Our Website. If We link this aggregated information with your Personal Information, so that You can be identified from it, then it is treated as Personal Information. 

THIRD PARTIES OR PUBLICLY AVAILABLE SOURCES: 

We may receive Personal Information about You from various third parties and public sources such as analytics providers, search information providers and social media websites.  We also collate location information which is collected by Us after You enable the necessary permissions on Your device from which You access Our Platform(s). We may automatically track certain Personal Information about You based on Your behaviour, acts, and preferences on the Platform(s). We use this information for the purposes of internal research on Users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and provide Our users with a better experience on Our Platform(s).      

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION:

We will treat your Personal Information as strictly private and confidential. We will only use or disclose it for purposes directly related to Our core business, or in ways that You would reasonably expect that We may use it in the course of our business. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties Your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist Us in operating our Platform(s), conducting Our business, or servicing You, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and the data is used only for the activities, we have asked them to perform.      

We may share Your Personal Information to respond to the judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law. However, non-personally identifiable information including statistical data may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, research or other uses.

We may remove parts of data that can identify You and share anonymized data with other parties. We may also combine Your Personal Information with other information in a way that it is no longer associated with You and share that aggregated information. You give us permission to use the Personal Information by sharing it securely with third-party websites and applications that help to serve the User better. 

Some of the information related to the Platform(s) and Your visit to the Platform(s) may be shared with Our sponsors, investors, advertisers, developers, strategic business partners and associates in order to enhance and grow Our business and the Platform(s). If We sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Student GPT or Our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or liquidation), Your Personal Information may be among the items sold or transferred. We will reasonably ensure that such buyer or transferee will have to honour the commitments We have made in this Policy. We may disclose Your Personal Information to the extent such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce Our Terms of Use or Our other policies and in order to respond to claims of any other User or third party. If You send Us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send Us correspondence about Your activities or postings on the Platform(s), We may collect such information into a file specific to You. 

The Company has implemented security policies, rules, and technical measures, as required under applicable laws. It is expressly stated that the Company shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any action of any third parties that receive Users’ personal data or events that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage device, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc.

To the extent that other parties have access to the Personal Information, the Company shall, on a best-effort basis, ensure that the other parties treat such information at least as protectively as they treat such information obtained from their users or members.

We may from time to time send you service-related announcements when We consider it necessary to do so (such as when We temporarily suspend the services for maintenance, security, privacy, or administrative-related communications). We send these to you via email. You may not opt out of such service-related communications.

By using the Platform(s), You consent that the Company may record telephone calls or communications between You and the Company and/or any other third parties, including but not limited to clients, customers, or employees of the Company. You acknowledge that these recordings do not infringe on Your privacy and may be used by the Company for research and development, training, business intelligence, business development, or User administration. Company may share the telephone records with third parties when required by law or for any other purpose that the Company may consider necessary. 

MARKETING:  

Student GPT will only send You marketing e-mails on the StudentGPT Platform(s) and by using this Platform We understand You explicitly grant us consent for the same. In case You wish otherwise, please contact Us at the details mentioned below. We offer regular e-mails to let You know about new services. From time to time We may also contact You to ask Your views on issues affecting Student GPT. We may personalise the message content based on any Personal Information You have provided to Us and Your use of the Platform(s). 

We may use Personal Information which We hold about You to show You relevant advertising on third-party websites (e.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter). This could involve showing You an advertising message where We know You have a Student GPT account and have used Our services. If You don't want to be shown targeted advertising messages from Student GPT, some third-party websites allow You to request not to see messages from specific advertisers on that website in future.

STORAGE AND PROCESSING:

Due to the existing environment, We cannot ensure that all of Your Personal Information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. Therefore, although We use industry-standard practices to protect Your privacy, We do not promise, and You should not expect, that Your Personal Information will always remain private. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in India or any other country in which We or Our service providers or third parties, as referred in this Policy, maintain facilities. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Platform(s) secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify Your identity before granting You access to Your account. However, We cannot ensure the security of any information You transmit on the Platform(s) or guarantee that information on the Platform(s) may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. When You access Our Platform(s), We offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all the passwords You put in before it is sent to Us. Your information including any Personal Information, and Financial Information is securely stored, processed, and transferred in and to the Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) servers and databases. 

YOUR RIGHTS : 

You may, at any time, request access to the Personal Information that We hold which relates to You. Please note that this right entitles You to receive a copy of the Personal Information that We hold about You in order to enable You to check that it is correct and to ensure that We are processing that Personal Information lawfully. It is not a right that allows You to request Personal Information about other people, or a right to request specific documents from Us that do not relate to Your Personal Information. You can exercise this right at any time by writing to Us using contact details set out here and telling Us that You are making a subject access request. You do not have to fill in a specific form to make this kind of request. You may, at any time, request that We correct Personal Information that We hold about You which You believe is incorrect or inaccurate. You may also ask Us to erase Personal Information if You do not believe that We need to continue retaining it. Please note that We may ask You to verify any new data that You provide to Us and may take Our own steps to check that the new data You have supplied Us with is right.

Your interactions with such platforms are at Your own risk, and we encourage You to review their respective terms and policies before engaging with their services.

ADVERTISING: 

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when You visit Our Platform(s). DURATION OF MAINTAINING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

We may retain certain Personal Information or Financial Information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any Personal Information from minors or knowingly allow such persons to access or register for the services on Our Platform(s). In the event, We learn that We have collected Personal Information from a minor without parental consent, We will delete that information as quickly as possible. 

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM:

You can contact Our grievance officer by email to enquire about the treatment of Your information, including the request for deletion of Your Personal Information as identified in this document. In case of any questions, or concerns about this Policy or any complaints or grievances about how the Company handles Personal Information, any changes, withdrawal or review of the User’s information or the use of their Personal Information or financial information or implementation of the child protection features, User may contact on the details mentioned below. 

We shall endeavour to acknowledge receipt of any complaint or concern raised by Users regarding this Policy or the collection, use, storage, or processing of their Personal Information or Financial Information within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and shall endeavour to resolve such complaints within one (1) month from the date of receipt. Once We have acknowledged Your complaint a ticket number for each complaint lodged will be generated, through which You can track the status of their complaint.
