The Platform is owned by Green Rider Technology LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 bearing LLPIN AAS-5426 and having its registered office at house number 14, sector 48, Faridabad, Haryana, India, 121005 ("Green Rider”). We are an AI-enabled educational platform providing interactive training in prompt engineering and other courses (“Services”) under the name and style of “Student GPT” ( “Us” or “We” or “Our” or “Company”).
We are concerned about the privacy of the users accessing, users registering on Our Platform(s), and users registering for our Services via any third-party service provider (“You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”).
Please read this privacy policy (“Policy”) before using the Platform(s) or submitting any personal information. Your privacy is important to us. We value the trust placed in us by the Users and are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of the Users in relation to the use of its Platform(s). This Policy together with the Terms of Use describes how the Company collects, uses, processes and discloses the information provided by the Users of the Platforms. “Personal Information” shall mean such information disclosed by or obtained from any User of the Platform(s) capable of identifying a person and any other information about the User that You willingly submit to the Platform(s). Personal Information includes the following: Your first name, last name, username, title, date of birth, gender, address, email address and telephone numbers, Your username and password, college/university, college referral code, course, graduation year, exercise inputs, quiz choices, information about how You use Our Platform(s), and services related to it.
“Content” shall mean such information provided by You in the input to our Services, including but not limited to Your prompts, images, and audio, and any other content You upload on our Platform depending on the features You use.
“Financial Information” shall mean such information disclosed by or obtained from any User of the Platform(s) who uses any paid Services offered by the Platform(s). We do not store any Financial Information on our servers.
When You access or use the Platforms and/or Services, We collect and store your Personal Information and Content which is provided by You from time to time during the course of Your use or access of the Platforms. Once You give Us Your Personal Information, You are not anonymous to Us. Your Personal Information and the Content may be stored on our computer records system and/or in printed records. We will notify You or will make an endeavor to ensure You know that Your Personal Information and Content has been collected. These encrypted statistics do not identify You personally but provide Us the information regarding Your visit to the Platform(s) and the type of user who is accessing Our Platform(s) and certain browsing activities by You. MARKETING:
Student GPT will only send You marketing e-mails on the StudentGPT Platform(s) and by using this Platform We understand You explicitly grant us consent for the same. In case You wish otherwise, please contact Us at the details mentioned below. We offer regular e-mails to let You know about new services. From time to time We may also contact You to ask Your views on issues affecting Student GPT. We may personalise the message content based on any Personal Information You have provided to Us and Your use of the Platform(s).
We may use Personal Information which We hold about You to show You relevant advertising on third-party websites (e.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter). This could involve showing You an advertising message where We know You have a Student GPT account and have used Our services. If You don't want to be shown targeted advertising messages from Student GPT, some third-party websites allow You to request not to see messages from specific advertisers on that website in future.
STORAGE AND PROCESSING:
Due to the existing environment, We cannot ensure that all of Your Personal Information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Policy. Therefore, although We use industry-standard practices to protect Your privacy, We do not promise, and You should not expect, that Your Personal Information will always remain private. Your Personal Information may be stored and processed in India or any other country in which We or Our service providers or third parties, as referred in this Policy, maintain facilities.
